| June 24, 2024 | Artist statements and resumes due by e-mail |
| July 12, 2024 | Exposition opens. Award results posted online |
| July 20-21, 2024 | Awards Ceremony in Expo Center Building #7 |
| August 3, 2024 | Entry & award pick up 9 am – 5 pm |
